- Standing postures with hand gestures (Mandala Bheda) Simple Standing Postures (Sthanaka Bhedas)
- Adavus : Learning and practicing the basic ,Adavus Tatta adavu, Natta adavu, Metta adavu, Tatta kuditta, metta adavu, Vishru adavu , Small teermanam (Gin a Tom), Kuddita metta adavu
- Studying the Adavus through following perceptive: Aesthetics of adavus , Physiology of adavus , Recitation of basic adavu shollu using tattakali
